Autodesk announces 2004 product retirement
Autodesk recently announced the retirement of AutoCAD®
2004, AutoCAD 2004-based products, and Autodesk Inventor®
Series 8. Autodesk will discontinue support for AutoCAD®
2004, AutoCAD 2004-based software and Autodesk Inventor®
Series 8 on March 15, 2007. Now is the best time to upgrade
your software to the latest release. Upgrade before July 31,
2006, and save up to 20 percent.
Reminder: Autodesk Map 2005 and Autodesk Land Desktop 2005
Discontinued May 1
The Autodesk Land Desktop® 2005 and Autodesk Map 3D® 2005
products will no longer be sold or purchased after May 14, 2006.

DWG TrueView™ software is a free, downloadable product used to
accurately view, plot, and publish authentic DWG™ files. Easily
share AutoCAD® drawings among engineers and architects, view and
plot DWG™ and DXF™ files, and then publish them as DWF™ files
for quick and easy review by extended team members. DWG TrueView
2007 has new UI improvements and supports the latest DWG file
format, DWF
viewing installation, and 3D DWF publish.
DWG TrueView is available for download from

Autodesk® Architectural Desktop Promotion
Customers with seats of Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2004,
2005, or 2006 software can purchase new seats of Autodesk
Revit Building and Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2007
software. Customers with Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2007
will receive a new seat of Autodesk Revit Building software
and retain their current Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2007
license. Customers must also purchase subscription for the
Autodesk Revit Building license(s). Optionally, customers
may purchase subscription for the Architectural Desktop 2007
license(s).
Customers
must provide a valid Autodesk Architectural Desktop serial
number for each purchase. Customers may purchase as many
seats of the 2007 product as they have licenses of
qualifying versions of the Autodesk Architectural Desktop
product. The Autodesk Architectural Desktop license(s) may
be upgraded in the future.
