Sources of Organizational Value

The strength of our company is, without doubt, the people who work here, whether in the Illinois headquarters, or across the country from Woodstock, Georgia to Sacramento.  We’re proud of the staff’s technical capabilities, the sales abilities and the tireless support staff.

However, it’s not any one person that controls that strength.  Any individual can come or go.  It’s the combination of all the individuals working toward a common goal that makes for a strong organization – one that is committed to helping customers achieve their goals, and thereby achieving its own.

As Rudyard Kipling put in in one of his beloved poems, “For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.”

Beyond the people themselves, the ideology of the organization, largely controlled by the founder and senior executives, is the framework which largely determines the success or failure or an organization. If such ideology is based on customer success and providing some type of innovative value, there is the likelihood of great success.

On the other hand when you see any successful organization lose its moral compass and descend to the raw pursuit of profit, you actually see a company on the way to its own destruction.  Regardless of yesterday’s successes, profit not derived from providing equivalent value to customers is simply not earned, and will eventually be lost.

Our philosophy has been, and is, to develop long-lasting customer relationships through, most importantly, the technical resources of the company.  All else is built around that core.  As a service company, our value is derived from the value of the services provided to customers.  We believe we have achieved a reputation for outstanding value in the services component of the business – consulting, training, and support.  We invite you to call on us to help build increasing value for your company.
