who need a solution targeted specifically for facilities

Now, your organization is probably already using
computer-aided design or BIM software such as AutoCAD,
AutoCAD Architecture or Revit and performing some facility
management (FM) functions with it, so why do you need a
solution specifically designed for FM such as CenterStone?
-CAD/BIM software is mainly for design and can only do a
very limited amount of space management and space management
reporting for a single building.
-CenterStone can help you manage and track all of your sites
and buildings and do enterprise-wide tracking and reporting.
Organization management desires enterprise-wide reporting,
not just building-level reporting.
-CenterStone is a web-based application allowing it to be
easily used across your entire organization. Since AutoCAD
and Revit are desktop-based, it makes integrated
