Hagerman Offers CenterStone Software for Facility Management

As many of you may know, Autodesk has discontinued sales of its Autodesk FMDesktop software for facilities management and will be discontinuing support for the product in January of 2010. In order to fill the gap in our product line that this decision has left, Hagerman & Company has chosen to now represent and support the CenterStone solution from Manhattan Software for facilities management. CenterStone provides full functionality, including space management and planning, operations, asset management and lease management. In contrast with most other products on the market today, CenterStone was developed from the ground up as an integrated, Web-based solution. Because it is fully Web-based, CenterStone offers its customers two options for deploying its solution:

  • Hosted on secure web servers maintained by Manhattan/CenterStone
  • Installed on the customers own servers

Besides offering the hosted option that can greatly reduce IT deployment time and cost, the CenterStone platform was also architected specifically to address the three major shortcomings of traditional tools, namely ease of use, integration and data access and collaboration.

Other major CenterStone advantages include:

  • Business process automation that can be accomplished via an art workflow engine that allows clients to build, execute and refine manual internal and collaborative processes
  • Ability to access and analyze workplace data from multiple separate data stores and applications in one central location
  • Cross-enterprise integration for seamless information exchange with Finance, HR and other enterprise systems that drive real estate, facilities and operations.
  • More out of the box capabilities, with fast and easy user configuration, in contrast to the steep learning curve and heavy customization required with competing products
  • Executive dashboards and real-time reporting to improve insight, planning and decision- making
  • Easy access to CenterStone tools, reports, information and data for both anyone in your organization and your business partners and suppliers using CenterStones web-based interface
  • Excellent Autodesk compatibility

If you would like to learn more about what CenterStone can offer your organization, dont hesitate to contact us to learn more.
