Adept Engineering Document
Management & Workflow
As many of you may have heard,
Hagerman & Company has recently added the Synergis Adept
package from Synergis Software to our line of document
management and workflow software as a complement to the
products from Autodesk and BlueCielo ECM Solutions that we
currently offer to our clients. Synergis Software has been
developing and implementing document management software for
(17) years and has their software in place at over (1,000)
locations worldwide. Adept is being used across all
industries including:
-Government and education
-Architecture, engineering
and construction
-Discrete manufacturing
-Process manufacturing
-Transportation, utilities
and communication
-Finance, insurance and
real estate
Major organizations using Adept
include Alcoa, Bosch, Caterpillar, Rohm & Haas, General

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sony, Hormel, Sunoco and many,

While very similar to the Vault,
Meridian and TeamWork products we already offer, Adept has
some additional unique capabilities that may make it a good
fit for some of our customers including:
-Support for a wide variety of
AutoCAD-based verticals including AutoCAD Electrical,
MEP, Civil 3D, AutoCAD Architecture and Land Desktop.

-SolidWorks integration
including support for SolidWorks configurations and
excellent bill of materials (BOM) capabilities.
-Support for distributed vault
architectures.
In addition to the features listed
above, Adept also offers all standard document management
functionality along with Autodesk Inventor and Microstation
integration, customizable workflow with e-mail notification,
automated publishing and printing of drawings and documents
and much more.
