We know it’s easy to forget to be thankful, with the world full of woes. We’ve never seen so many large businesses in trouble as this year, with the banking, auto, retail and homebuilding industries all in crisis.

We must look past the current difficulties, hard as that is to do, and know that better days lie ahead. We must continue to invest for the future. And we must be thankful for the many blessings we enjoy.
