New Employees

	Michael Charnisky Account Manager � MCAD St. Louis, MO Michael Charnisky joins our sales team as Account Manager-MCAD in St. Louis. Mike was formerly employed by SolidWorks reseller Computer Aided Technology Inc. (CATI) in Indianapolis, where he was a territory manager for the past two years. A St. Louis native, Mike is a graduate of Illinois State University.
	Steve Becker Business Development Manager � MCAD San Ramon, CA Steve Becker has joined our Northern California MCAD team as Business Development Manager. Steve has a successful background in sales of computer hardware and software. Most recently he was Corporate Account Manager for Immecor in San Jose. He has also represented Primavera (project management software) and Motorola, among others. Steve, a resident of Pleasant Hill, California, is based out of our San Ramon office.
	Jorge Fernandez Solutions Engineer � MCAD San Jose, CA Jorge joins the Hagerman team as Solutions Engineer-MCAD in our San Jose office. Previously, Jorge held the position of Application Specialist, Manufacturing Solutions for Ideate since 2006, and was previously employed by Autodesk reseller Ketiv Technologies. He has a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Cal State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California. He is a resident of Campbell, California.
	Tony Herz Business Development Manager San Jose, CA Tony, a Business Development Manager based out of Hagerman�s San Jose office, was MSD Account Manager for Ideate since 2004. Previously, he was Vice President and Sales Manager for Ideate�s predecessor, ID8 Media, Inc. and was president of its predecessor, MicroPlus Systems Technologies. Tony has a B.A. in History from U.C. Santa Barbara. He is a resident of San Jose.
	Terry Hurley Business Development Manager Sacramento, CA Terry is a Business Development Manager based out of Hagerman�s new Sacramento office. Terry was MSD Account Manager for Ideate since 2006. Previously he was Senior Account Manager for MSC Software and his prior experience includes Regional VAR Channel Manager for Ansys. He has also worked for Intergraph as Accounts Sales Executive and for G.E./Calma as Manager, Major Accounts. Terry has a B.S. in Business from North Adams State College in North Adams, MA. He is a resident of Auburn, California.
	Ron Smith Manufacturing Solutions Consultant San Jose, CA Ron joins our team as Manufacturing Solutions Consultant for our San Jose office. Ron worked as a Trainer/Technical Specialist for Ideate, Inc. since 2001. He has worked for numerous manufacturing firms in Michigan and California, including Dana Fluid Systems Group, with expert knowledge of Mechanical Desktop, Inventor, and Productstream. Ron will serve Hagerman as a pre-sales consultant and implementor in CAD and document management. He received his AAS in CAD Drafting Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Troy, Michigan. He is a resident of Foster City, California.
