Hagerman Opens New Office in Cincinnati

Brian Chamberlin joins with Hagerman to Drive Ohio Expansion

We’re pleased to announce the establishment of a branch office for Hagerman & Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. The new facility is located at Blue Ash Center, Suite 650, 4555 Lake Forest Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242. A sales and technical team is being formed to support customers in the Ohio region.

Heading the sales expansion is Brian Chamberlin, Business Development Manager (pictured to the right). Brian has nine years of experience in CAD industry sales. Most recently he was Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Solutions Inc., of Louisville, Kentucky.

This expansion, coupled with our recent opening of an office in Louisville, demonstrates our commitment to growing our CAD business in mid-America and especially the Kentucky-Ohio market. We now have 16 offices for sales/technical support/training in the United States, including eleven in Mid-America and five in California. The Mid-America growth strategy has, to date, been one of contiguous growth. Starting from our central Illinois headquarters we have expanded over the years into neighboring Missouri, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and now Ohio. In California we now have offices in San Jose, San Ramon, Placentia, Glendale, and San Diego.

At Hagerman & Company we offer technical excellence and an intense commitment to serving our customers well, as the basis of long term customer relationships. This is a distinction from some others who are attempting to grow quickly without that foundation. The results speak for themselves. Independent surveys conducted by Walker Information for all Autodesk resellers for the latest six month period resulted in a “truly loyal” rating from our customers exceeding 80% of those surveyed. The computer industry average is said to be around 50%.

We look forward to supporting many new customers in Ohio and throughout mid-America and California as we continue on this path.
