Cyco Software announces name change
On April 16th of this year, Cyco Software announced a new
company name and corporate identity. The new company name is
BlueCielo ECM Solutions. In addition, BlueCielo has retired
the name AutoManager from its product line. As a result,
AutoManager Meridian is now InnoCielo Meridian Enterprise
and AutoManager TeamWork is now InnoCielo TeamWork.
In terms of explanation, the word cielo means sky in a
number of languages and reflects BlueCielos status as an
international company with the goal of connecting everyone
in an organization together regardless of location or
department. Inno denotes BlueCielos commitment to
continuous innovation and product development. ECM stands
for engineering content management
In addition, BlueCielo made the decision to change their
company name in order to break away from the old limited
market perceptions associated with the names Cyco and AutoManager.
Due to their longtime association with Autodesk, a common
market misconception is that the products are only for
engineering departments to use for managing CAD files.

marketplace. BlueCielos revenue grew approximately 25
percent in 2006 with 2007 growth promising to be even
