Hagerman & Company, Inc. Expands in Knoxville, St. Louis

Hagerman & Company, Inc. is expanding to larger quarters in two of the major cities we serve – Knoxville, Tennessee, and St. Louis, Missouri.


Century Park III - Knoxville, TN

In Knoxville, a lease has been signed and construction will soon be underway for our new suite in Century Park III. Century Park is Knoxville’s new upscale 80 acre office complex located just off I-40 and the Pellissippi Parkway. The complex, when completed, will contain four office buildings, 250 room hotel and conference center, daycare center, and a bank.

The new facility offers us great ability to expand our employment and clientele. It includes two large training rooms, conference room, and offices for a staff of eight technical and sales professionals.

An expected move-in date during June, 2007 is planned. Upon move-in, Hagerman & Company will expand its local offerings to include the complete AEC product line from Autodesk as well as Autodesk’s manufacturing software, which has been the focus for the past year. Professionals in both product lines will be available to serve clients throughout east Tennessee. We continue, as well, to provide complete support of Autodesk’s AEC and manufacturing product lines in our offices in Nashville and Memphis. Hagerman is the only company providing such comprehensive local support throughout the state of Tennessee.


City Place 3 - St. Louis, MO

In St. Louis, our space in City Place 3 is being doubled in order to accommodate our growing businesses in both manufacturing and AEC software. The new space will be dedicated to the AEC business where we will employ a minimum of five sales and technical professionals providing service and support to the AEC community. The older space will be devoted exclusively to the manufacturing segment and includes longstanding sales, technical, and consulting positions.

City Place 3 continues to offer the finest amenities in the St. Louis area for our staff and our customers. We make frequent use of the 145 seat auditorium in City Place 1 for customer and company events, and the entire second floor of City Place 3 is available for seminars and large training events. In addition our suite of offices on the eighth floor includes training facilities, conference rooms, break rooms and offices for the staff. This space is being doubled to accommodate the growth of our business and reaffirms our commitment to our clients in the St. Louis metro area and indeed throughout Missouri and Southern Illinois.
