Chamber of Commerce. She has a bachelor's degree in communications and public relations from Greenville College, Greenville, Ill.

Mark joined Hagerman & Company in December as Business Development Manager for the company's San Jose office. Mark managed an Autodesk dealership in Australia in the 90s before emigrating to the U.S. and has had several technology sales positions in Silicon Valley. He is a resident of Cupertino, Calif.
