JUNN BADUA
Solutions Engineer/Consultant-MCAD
Junn is a Sr. MCAD
Solutions Engineer and Consultant for the San Jose
office of Hagerman & Company. An Inventor
Certified Expert and Manufacturing Implementation
Certified Expert, he is an experienced
senior design engineer and has a solid mechanical
and CAD background for over 20 years. Junn is the
mechanical designer of a precision competition
pistol featured in Guns Magazine in Dec.,
1991.

GARY BERGERO
CAD Training Manager
An InterVision Employee
since 1998, Gary joined Hagerman & Company's San Jose
office in April 2006 as
a CAD Training Manager. With more than 21 years of
experience, Gary has held Inventor and AutoCAD? certificates
of each version beginning with 2.6. Gary holds a B.S. degree
in Computer Science with emphasis in Mechanical Engineering
from San Francisco State University as well as certificates
in Solid Modeling, Surface Modeling, 3D CAD, Vault
Databases.

CINDY GADBERRY
Inside Sales
Representative - MCAD
Cindy
Gadberry joins us as MCAD Inside Sales Representative for
Hagerman & Company’s Northern Indiana sub-territory. Cindy
is based out of Hagerman & Company’s Mt. Zion headquarters.
A resident of Cerro Gordo, Ill., Cindy has successfully sold
a variety of products and services in the Central Illinois
area for the past 18 years.

THERESA GREEN
Receptionist
Theresa
handles phone
coverage for Hagerman & Company, Inc. She is currently
working toward a bachelor’s degree from the University of
Illinois at Springfield.

ESTEBAN GUZMAN
Solutions Engineer - MCAD
Esteban joins Hagerman &
Company with eight years drafting experience combined with 13
years of experience with several Autodesk CAD systems. He joined
InterVision in 2000 as an Applications Engineer. Esteban is a
Certified Drafter and an Inventor Certified Expert

JANE HIGGINS
Account Manager – MCAD
Jane has been in sales for more than 18
years, beginning in the medical industry and then later moving
to high-tech sales. She has sold GPS equipment as well as
software sales, including search engine software and web
conferencing. A graduate of the University of Philadelphia, Jane
lives in Sunnyvale, Calif.

MICHAEL KELLEY
Solutions Engineer - MCAD
Michael has an
extensive background in the CAD industry, as an expert with
Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge and Pro Engineer. He has served
as an Autodesk implementation consultant for Inventor, and was
most recently held a position with Modern Technology Corp. of
Atlanta. He has been a CAD instructor for Temple College and
has worked for Dell Computer. Michael has a B.S. degree in
mechanical engineering and an M.B.A. from Alabama A & M
University. He resides in Memphis, Tenn.

JULIE MCNAMARA
Service Technician
Most recently, Julie
was employed as systems administrator for Cardwell
Companies in Decatur, Illinois. She also maintained a
side business, installing network and telephone wiring
for businesses in central Illinois. That business is
being acquired by Hagerman & Company, Inc., and we will
be welcoming her former customers to our clientele. In
addition, we will be offering wiring services to our
customers. A 1991 graduate of Millikin University, Julie
resides in Cerro Gordo, Illinois

MARK ONISKO
Business Development Manager-MCAD
Mark
joins our Memphis office, bringing with him a great deal
of experience in sales to the manufacturing industry A
graduate of the University of Toledo, he resides in
Memphis, Tenn.

ARTHUR SCHMIDT
Account Manager-MCAD
Arthur joined Hagerman & Company's Schaumburg office in
May. Arthur has long history in the CAD business, going
back to CADDs 4X, Computervision’s Personal Designer,
AutoCAD, and, in recent years, Ashlar, and specialty
products like Alias (recently acquired by Autodesk). He
has also owned his own business, operating as Vector
Tech for a number of years.

ELIZABETH WELCH
Accounts Receivable/Collections
Elizabeth Welch of Sullivan joined Hagerman & Company’s
accounting department in May. Elizabeth manages accounts
receivable collections. Elizabeth holds a bachelor's
degree from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston,
Ill.
