New Silicon Valley base selected for Hagerman & Company

We’ve selected our Silicon Valley office location for at least the next five years and will be moving in around August 1, 2006. As you may know, we have been operating from Intervision’s corporate office at 2250 Walsh Avenue in Santa Clara and have used their CAD training lab as well. We purchased Intervision’s CAD division in April and have integrated it into our company structure.

The new office is located at 181 Metro Drive in San Jose, just a block off Guadalupe Parkway (Hwy 87) and very close to Highways 101 and 880. The Metro Drive facility is less than a mile from San Jose’s Norman J. Mineta Airport. Metro Plaza, as the complex is called, includes three symmetrical towers with a retail arcade on the first level and two parking garages attached, offering free covered parking to customers and employees. It covers a whole city block, between First Street on the east, and Technology Drive on the west.

The 5,448 square foot facility will have a training room for up to 12 students and a seminar room for up to 60 attendees, besides conference room, kitchen, reception area, and eleven offices or cubicles. We are planning to hold many customer events within the complex.
