Hagerman & Company, Inc. has acquired the Autodesk-related business division of InterVision Systems Technologies of Santa Clara, Calif. InterVision was founded in 1993 as an engineering-based company. In 2000, InterVision acquired additional CAD assets from another reseller to form the largest Autodesk partner in Northern California. Intervision was named the top Autodesk reseller in the western region in 2001.

Through the agreement with InterVision, we look forward to continuing our track record of successful management and expansion, at the national level. We’ll be aggressively marketing Autodesk’s manufacturing solutions to customers in the Bay Area, backed by our nationally recognized support organization. We welcome the opportunity to develop outstanding customer relationships with the impressive customer base that InterVision has developed over the past decade.

In a news release announcing the acquisition, Tom Cameron, VP of Americas Manufacturing Sales for Autodesk, said Hagerman’s successful combination of outstanding Autodesk solutions and dedicated customer service will benefit customers in the area.
“Hagerman & Company has a proven history of going the extra mile to make Autodesk software users successful,” Cameron said. “We applaud their efforts and are excited about Hagerman & Company’s decision to expand their operations.”

In March 2006, Hagerman & Company was named Autodesk Channel Partner of the Year, for outstanding performance in Autodesk FY 2006. Hagerman & Company qualified for the award based on outstanding growth in sales and achievement in customer satisfaction. The company was further recognized as the #1 reseller of MCAD seats in the Americas for FY 2006.
